The aim of these documents is to identify and follow the advance of the ten Mediterranean partner countries (Algeria, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestinian Authority, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey) in the way of the transition and of the opening, in particular concerning the Euro-Mediterranean free trade area and South-South co-operation.
Each Country Profile is organised around six topics: 1) International opening. Overall monitoring of the situation of the partner countries of the Mediterranean by a quantitative analysis and qualitative multi-criteria using, in particular, the most reliable international statistical data.
