Draft final report

With the final meering in Hammamet Tunisia, we distributed a draft version of a document that will serve for the final report. You can read it attached to this posting.

As a reminder, ESTIME has planned to produce seven country reports :

  Morocco
  Algeria
  Tunisia
  Jordan
  Lebanon
  Syria
  Palestinian Territories

four strategic reports:

  National systems of research in Mediterrean countries
  The production of science of Mediterrean countries ; a bibliometric analysis
  Innovation, technology and uses of science in Mediterrean countries
  A panorama of social sciences in Mediterrean countries
